Este 26 de agosto se llev\u00f3 a cabo la firma del Anexo T\u00e9cnico del Convenio de Colaboraci\u00f3n para la Certificaci\u00f3n de Operadores del Sistema de Justicia Penal, celebrado entre el Centro de Estudios sobre la Ense\u00f1anza y Aprendizaje del Derecho A.C y la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de San Luis Potos\u00ed, esto con el apoyo de la Oficina de Iniciativa M\u00e9rida en la Embajada de los Estado Unidos de Am\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n


<\/p>\n

En atenci\u00f3n a las medidas establecidas a partir de la contingencia sanitaria, se realiz\u00f3 una video-conferencia para la firma de este Anexo T\u00e9cnico; durante la reuni\u00f3n se cont\u00f3 con la presencia del Fiscal General del Estado de San Luis Potos\u00ed, Federico Arturo Garza Herrera; Matthew Stokes, Oficial del Programa de Procuraci\u00f3n de Justicia de la oficina de Iniciativa M\u00e9rida en la Embajada de Estados Unidos de Am\u00e9rica en M\u00e9xico;  Lila Flores Fern\u00e1ndez, Coordinadora del Proyecto de Certificaci\u00f3n para la Justicia en M\u00e9xico del Centro de Estudios sobre la Ense\u00f1anza y Aprendizaje del Derecho A.C<\/span>; as\u00ed como de Carlos Eduardo Castro, especialista Senior en Procuraci\u00f3n de Justicia <\/span>de oficina de Iniciativa M\u00e9rida en la Embajada de Estados Unidos de Am\u00e9rica en M\u00e9xico. <\/p>\n

Como principal antecedente, se mencion\u00f3 que durante el pasado 21 de enero del presente a\u00f1o la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de San Luis Potos\u00ed emiti\u00f3 el acuerdo AG02\/2020 y el 7 de febrero mismo, se firm\u00f3 el acuerdo con  el CEEAD con el objetivo de establecer las bases y mecanismos de coordinaci\u00f3n y colaboraci\u00f3n para que ambas instancias realicen acciones para la evaluaci\u00f3n y certificaci\u00f3n de competencias profesionales de las personas que ejercen el cargo de Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, el Fiscal General, Federico Arturo Garza Herrera, mencion\u00f3 que gracias a la implementaci\u00f3n de estos mecanismos de evaluaci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n, las personas operadoras tienen la oportunidad de generar mayor conocimiento y capacidades para el desempe\u00f1o de sus funciones.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Destac\u00f3 que la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de San Luis Potos\u00ed impulsa la profesionalizaci\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n; adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que actualmente las personas que ya han formado parte de las primeras etapas del proceso, ya se encuentran replicando los conocimientos adquiridos con el primer respondiente.<\/p>\n
